Just saying "hello!"

Wow, I have really fallen behind with updates to this blog. Many apologies.

In July, we began our 50 states mission trip in Maine. We camped in Naples and then spent a few weeks in Bangor when Pastor Bobby Bledsoe of City Reach offered to host us at his church. What an awesome, amazing time of ministry. Thousands saw the cross as I ministered outside of a Toby Keith concert and a handful gave their heart to the Lord as I ministered around Bangor inner city.

In August we moved into New Hampshire and Pastor Ron Bodendorf, of Derry, (a fellow cross bearer) offered to host us for a couple weeks. Ministry in Manchester, Nashua, and surrounding towns was anointed! After two weeks with Ron and Sue, 1st Assembly in Auburn opened their doors to us. They also opened their pantry...and what perfect timing because we had just run out of food and funds!

Then in September we moved into Vermont where another cross bearer hosted us! The power couple of Liz and Larry Messier met us in Montpelier during Franklin Graham's prayer rally. There was a carnival in their home town so I started ministry there and we ended with a few days in Burlington, VT. We planted the cross over the state line from Satan's Kingdom, MA before pulling anchor.

In October we began ministry in Massachusetts. Back in August, when we were with Pastor Ron in NH, we met Don Wartonick who is in leadership at his church. Well, Don is from Mass, so he invited us to stay with him while we were in his state. We stayed in Pepperell, which is just less than an hour away from Boston. The smaller cities of Lowell and Fitchburg are close by as well and a day trip to Salem, MA (home of the witch trials) was in order.

After wrapping up Massachusetts we were on our way to South Carolina for a conference when our motorhome engine blew, totaling the RV. We were disheartened, but drove our van down to SC and listened for the Lord to give our next direction. Don offered to host us in Massachusetts for up to 6 months and that's what we were looking for because our baby Noah was due in December so we followed the Lord back to Massachusetts.

This was definitely the Lord's will and not ours, because we were hoping to be down South in the Winter and up North in the Summer, but now we were all backwards (to our plan, haha). Evie had the baby in a birthing center, which was new to us because our other two were born at home. I took some time off from ministry to help Evie with the kids more (which is ministry in itself). When the Patriots won the SuperBowl, I took the cross to Boston where nearly a million people got to witness the cross.

Now, as February is underway we are doing some ministry in Rhode Island and just commuting back and forth. Lord willing we will leave for Pennsylvania on March 11th and then move on down to Louisiana in the beginning of April to pick up our new camper and continue on this 50 states mission trip. Thanks for keeping up with us. We appreciate every ounce of your prayer and support. God bless!
