Veteran's Day Message at Coventry Christian School

November 11th I had an awesome time giving the message at the chapel of Coventry Christian School. Those students were so well behaved and the school was so courteous. I was even blessed to read my book to a first grade class. SUCH A GREAT TIME! Thanks Nichole Tucker for orchestrating the day!



November 12th, CrossWalk Ministry held a board meeting and I was affirmed as President of the non-profit. Not a big deal but since we were incorporated as a non-profit, any donations to the CrossWalk Ministry are now tax-deductible!

November 13th we packed the RV and Caleb and I are now in the process of CrossWalking to South Carolina for Thanksgiving. Afterwards Yvelisse, Yvonne and I will be heading to Florida. My birthday is on the 26th of November and Yvonne's first birthday is December 19th so we'll have a lot to celebrate on this trip!

Blessings to you and yours!! During the month of January, CrossWalk Ministry took the message of the Cross through a dozen states: Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Colorado, Wyoming, Utah, Arizona, Nevada, and California. By the grace of God, we fed and clothed the homeless, prayed with the sick and hurting, and met many needs for those in difficult times. In Arkansas, we helped Darry fix a flat tire as we discussed the Gospel; at the Kansas line, Matthew wept as we spoke about the love of Jesus; and in Colorado, D'angelo gave his heart to the Lord. Praise God for the good works He has prepared in advance for us to do! God’s creation never ceases to amaze me. CrossWalk Chronicles: Issue 025

Blessings to you and yours!     In February, by God’s grace, we carried the cross in eight states. I started the month at my brother’s house in California. If you’ve been following, you already kno w that my Lil’ Red Prius died after arriving on the West Coast. But praise God, I was able to purchase another vehicle at half it’s Blue Book value! I loaded up my Dodge Avenger and drove over the mountain to my friend, Jason’s, place. After an awesome time of fellowship, he asked to be baptized. Shortly after baptizing Jason, my sister-in-law checked in with me to see how my journey was going. I shared with her the praise report, that I had just baptized Jason. She responded, “I wish I knew you did that. I was baptized as an infant and would like to do it again as an adult.” So I went back over the mountain to baptize her. CrossWalk Chronicles: Issue 023

A New Season; the Same Mission I’m writing this from the Florida Keys. Yesterday I drove four hours to reach mile marker zero, the beginning of US Highway 1. After the Lord opened a parking space for me, I off-loaded the first cross and immediately a young man named Adam approached me and asked about it. I explained that I carry the cross to open conversations about God, witnessing to unbelievers and encouraging fellow Christians. He told me that he believed in “a god” but not necessarily Jesus. He allowed me to pray with him and we had a really positive conversation.  Adam told me about the “conch drop” similar to the “ball drop” in New York. I was really excited about it. The crowd was huge, streets were blocked off, and police were mounted on horseback. It reminded me of doing ministry on Bourbon Street during Mardi Gras.
