Carrying the cross at home

This past week we've been spending a great amount of time fixing up our home. Evie and I are excited to see how God will use our home for ministry whether it's couples counseling, small groups, or a home-church. We give it up to God, but meanwhile it's been ALOT of work... our house was built in 1905 and any small repair becomes a great endeavor.

Also, our friend Caleb has been living with us for several months now. I feel that the Lord is helping us both grow as men; in Cymbrogi we say, "boys become men in the presence of other men." and Caleb and I try to sharpen each other "as iron sharpens iron." In addition, this past week another young man named Kyle has moved in with us. I'll have to keep you posted as the story progresses :)
